Prenatal Fitness

Exercise and good nutrition are important to maintain a healthy pregnancy. Having a regular workout routine can :

I offer in home (or outdoor weather permitting) fitness training that is safe and fun for each stage of pregnancy. The one hour training sessions are designed to fit each individual momma but typically include a variety of exercises such as yoga, cardio, light weight training, belly dance and more. Nutritional guidance is also included in the training. Each session also includes relaxation/meditation techniques, aromatherapy and ends with a massage.

Postnatal Fitness

Most doctors and midwives suggest starting a workout routine as part of the postnatal recovery period ( or the 4th trimester as many like to call it). Regular exercise during this time can:

  • Reduce Stress
  • Ease Post Labor Aches and Pains
  • Create a Positive Self Image
  • Help with Weight Loss

The one hour in home postnatal sessions focus on helping your body recovery naturally after baby is born. By utilizing exercises that work with and not against your body along with cardio, strengthening and toning exercises these sessions can promote a healthy recovery.
